Carnotaurus

Meet the Carnotaurus. He was clearly created for the purpose of being a weapon. He is a fierce killing maCHine. He currently resides on the eastern seaboard of China, terrorizing major cities. However, there is speculation weather or not he is of Chinese origin. There are some claims that he was created by Japanese scientists, and has since escaped or been released unto Japan, although these rumors have not been verified. He feeds off large cuantities of livestock. So hide your sheep.
